Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization by leading the talent acquisition function. This includes mentoring and coaching the talent acquisition team to hire top-notch talent for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Own the talent acquisition process, setting hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients and reviewing hiring status on a timely basis to ensure targets are met.
  2. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  3. Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to deliver results within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  4. Vendor Management: Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
  5. Candidate Management: Finalize candidate selection, negotiate offers, and extend employment contracts as needed.
  6. Payroll Compliance: Ensure that salaries offered to new candidates are within approved pay bands.
  7. Senior Leadership Hiring: Oversee the hiring process for senior management-level positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  8. Trainee Hiring: Guide and mentor HR Managers and talent acquisition teams on trainee hiring.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Team Management: Strong team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • International Recruitment: International recruitment experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
  • HR Experience: Experience in Human Resources.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
  • Work Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • HRMS Tools: Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
