Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a strategic and adaptable Organizational Change Lead, you will oversee organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and business strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of change and create structured approaches for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with leadership and project managers to integrate change management into project planning and execution.
  • Identify risks and potential resistance; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to support employees during transitions.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
  • Measure and report change readiness, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or HR Business Partner is necessary for success in this role. You must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's Model.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • An analytical mindset with ability to measure change impact and adoption.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
