About Rang De:

Rang De is a fintech startup that aims to revolutionise credit access for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers together, cutting out the need for an intermediary, and offering highly customised and affordable loans than traditional lenders.

We have pioneered the model in India and our purpose-built technology platform has been game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric AVP - Human Resources to handle our HR function and support organisational growth. This role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy: Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.

Requirements:

This position requires an experienced People Leader who can drive HR strategy and implement best practices to support business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
