Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Growth Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation of sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and business operations, with experience in developing and implementing scalable playbooks to drive sales and revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Additionally, you will design and develop dashboards, SOPs, and automation tools to unlock speed and efficiency in our sales processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and execute effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Experience working with AI tools and a strong AI-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think like a consultant and execute like an operator
- Direct mentorship from founders
- Opportunity to build systems from scratch and see your work move metrics within weeks
- Exposure to SaaS, SME, and manufacturing industries
