Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our Country Head in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational support and ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Summarize business documents and information from across the region
  • Organize virtual or in-person meetings with regional managers and HQ teams
  • Host visitors and distributors in India
  • Build relationships with counterparts in APAC and HQ
  • Support office-related matters and prepare expense reports
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Diploma in business administration or relevant educational qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and video conferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with stakeholders outside India
  • Honest, ethical, and able to handle sensitive business data with confidentiality
  • Meticulous, attentive, and thorough in completing duties
  • Dependable and accountable for fulfilling job obligations
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
