Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a customer-facing role. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide essential administrative and reporting support to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for supporting the sales team by focusing on design and customer-facing activities, while ensuring goals and KPIs are met. You will coordinate with sales team members to guarantee efficient collaboration and effective problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative and reporting support to enable sales teams to focus on design and customer-facing activities.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
- Support escalation coordination as the first point of contact for customer escalations, communicating proactively with both ROM and regional AA with the distributor.
- Understand changes in demand to support forecast/backlog alignment with CAM, and connect quote and registration details to backlog coverage.
- Sample support, including ordering, tracking, and follow-up.
- Support distribution-related projects, demand/supply transfer, and stock rotations.
- Maintain in/out stock history and participate in internal audits related to in/out stocks.
A degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar field is required for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
