
Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team in All Kerala. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix.
- Deliver sales targets through effective use of sales data and structured selling process.
- Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections.
- Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data and negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
- Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility of company products.
- Ensure visibility of company products in store shelves.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
