Drive Channel Expansion and Monitor Performance

We are seeking a highly motivated Point Lead to drive channel expansion and monitor performance in our catchment territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of retail outlets in the catchment territory, monitoring their performance, and ensuring that they meet set targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with experience of managing a team and driving business growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Channel Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to drive the expansion of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduation and MBA Preferred: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business or management, is preferred. An MBA or similar postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience of 3-6 Years: At least 3-6 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
