Lead Store Operations

As our flagship ethnic wear retail store manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS systems, and visual merchandising to reflect the luxury brand identity.

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive foot traffic, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide personalized styling guidance for sarees, blouses, and accessories, handling escalated customer queries with ease.
  • Supervise sales staff, stylists, and support personnel, monitoring performance, setting targets, and conducting regular team meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail, Fashion Management, or Business preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in apparel/ethnic retail management, with proven success in achieving sales targets and leading retail teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in billing software, POS systems, and MS Office.
