Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Aligarh. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper inventory management. Responsibilities also include retail loss prevention and ensuring efficient customer service and communication within the team. Maintaining the highest standards of store management, the Store Incharge will also address customer queries and manage the store's overall performance.

• Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management is a bonus
