**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**:

- Supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the proper display of merchandise.
- Ensure all safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met.
- **Staff Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve performance targets.
- Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff on store policies, sales techniques, and customer service.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels, manage stock ordering, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Minimize stock loss through proper storage, monitoring, and handling.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive sales growth by actively engaging with customers and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Keep accurate records of expenses, stock orders, and returns.
- Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to management for operational efficiency.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and deposit cash in accordance with company procedures.
- Control expenses and reduce operational costs wherever possible.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Knowledge of [specific industry/product] will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
