Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and own Proof of Concept (POC) as a technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC), including implementation and onboarding as a Pre-sales engineer.
  • Collaborate with Sales counterparts to deliver customized demos of SHIELD capabilities, tailored to clients' specific use cases.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and product adoption guidance to existing customers, ensuring seamless integration with pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes.
  • Act as the face of SHIELD to clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and value creation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide prompt and professional troubleshooting for technical challenges faced by clients.
  • Empathize with clients' needs and drive high levels of satisfaction while upholding SHIELD's integrity and standards.
  • Conduct regular technical account reviews, product trainings, and on-site visits to provide insights and analytics for clients.
  • Assist clients in optimizing SHIELD solutions to ensure their success and long-term prosperity.
  • Serve as a trusted technical and solution advisor to clients, collaborating with SHIELD's product and engineering teams to prioritize feature requests.
  • Proactively advocate for SHIELD's product adoption by identifying opportunities to better align with clients' needs and technology.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Overall 6+ years of experience, with a minimum 3 years in Technical Account Management, Sales engineering, or Support engineering in the B2B enterprise Software/SaaS/payments/Mobile industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SDK implementation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
  • Experience in driving integration and being a single point of contact with clients to drive POC end-to-end.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
