We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through AI-driven performance marketing.
About the RoleThe Marketing Growth Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and meeting potential clients for demos and pitches, owning the sales funnel by building pipeline, scheduling demos, converting sign-ups, and activating first campaigns within SLAs.

- Multichannel outreach through events, inside sales, WhatsApp/email sequences, and content-led pitches
- Account growth via referrals, upsells, cross-sell bundles, and partner/agency channels
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 28 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, with strong English language skills and proficiency in Hindi (Delhi NCR). The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders, marketing/growth teams, CRM/IT teams, and procurement teams.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 28 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (SaaS, IT services, ad/MarTech, CPaaS, or marketplaces)
- Demo-first seller with live walkthroughs, value calculators, ROI narratives
- Hunter mindset with field-ready, disciplined follow-ups, KPI-driven
- Stakeholder fluency with founders, marketing/growth, CRM/IT, procurement
- Languages: Strong English + Hindi (Delhi NCR); local language a plus for remote cities
