About the Role

We are actively hiring a Business Development Executive who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about digital marketing. If you have 13 years of experience in business development or sales, especially within the IT or digital marketing industry, this is your opportunity to shine. Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital channels
  • Promote services including online brand promotion, social media marketing, SEO, and content writing services

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service needs
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both parties

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions
  • Ensure smooth project execution through effective internal communication

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on market demand

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT
  • Proven ability to generate leads via social media and digital platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
