Job Title: Associate Vice President – College Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our college partnerships initiative. As Associate Vice President, you will be responsible for forging and nurturing strategic relationships with leading educational institutions across India.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue opportunities that align with our training and certification programs. This involves researching potential partners, initiating discussions, and developing customized partnership models that maximize value for both parties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher education institutions in India.
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training programs at partner campuses.
  • Track performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
  • Represent our organization at national and regional education events to promote our offerings and network with potential partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
  • An established network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
  • Desirable: Exposure to EdTech, corporate training, or skill development programs.
