About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, or in-person communication. As a L2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware and software, escalating complex issues to L3 Support or relevant departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Skill Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Bachelor of Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in L2 Support or a similar role is also required. Your strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, expertise in IT Hardware and Information Technology, familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or RHCE are all highly valued.
