We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee the customer support process at Skylar Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of representatives and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of customer support representatives, guiding them in providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain policies and procedures to standardize customer service delivery across the board.
  • Training and Development: Plan and conduct training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Staff Selection: Collaborate in the hiring process to select qualified candidates who can provide high-quality customer support.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and provide feedback to staff on areas of improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, is essential.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use them effectively
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in Hindi
