Job Role: Customer Service Operations Manager

Job Summary: Infinity Solutions seeks a seasoned Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee the customer service process, manage a team of representatives, and drive exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer support representatives and oversee the customer service process.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and resolve customer complaints.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
  • Plan and implement training programs to standardize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in tele callings.
  • PUC or any graduate degree.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi or English and Kannada.
  • Ability to work from the office.
