- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to understand the qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
- Utilize job boards and other relevant platforms to search for potential candidates.
- Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
- Analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online presence to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms or emails.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
- Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in IT recruitment
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience
