Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are expanding our team and inviting applications from highly driven candidates with excellent communication skills and networking ability. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven.
The role involves managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US, working closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers, and procuring people for different IT requirements.
- Candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company is required.
- A strong understanding of technical requirements, knowledge of different US work Visas like H1B, L2, EAD, TN, GC etc., and familiarity with different US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) is essential.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in EST shifts and have experience in recruiting H1b, US Citizens, Green Card holders and other visa holders. They will also have knowledge of different job portals like Indeed, Dice, Monster, and ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
This is a 100% onsite role at Indore (M.P.) Location. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
