Job Overview

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, building a strong pipeline of active and passive talent, and driving an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned recruitment professional with 6+ years of experience in managing Talent acquisition portfolios. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and leadership to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
  • Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
