Lead a Recruitment Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to lead our remote recruitment team from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
  • Mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
  • Assign job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and quality profiles.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time.
  • Review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
