Global Meeting Setting Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of global meeting setters in scheduling quality meetings with US-based prospects.

  1. To spearhead and manage a team of global meeting setters, focusing on cold calling for US-based clients and driving appointment pipelines for the sales team.
  2. To develop effective strategies for lead qualification, meeting setting, and conversion optimization, ensuring consistent messaging and high team morale.
  3. To closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  4. To train, coach, and mentor appointment setters in utilizing CRM systems, refining scripts, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.

About This Role:

We're looking for a results-driven leader with 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting and a proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach. As a Manager – Meeting Setter, you will drive high-quality meeting pipelines, monitor team KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
