Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Expert.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and HCM Cloud application solutions.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Configure ORC to support recruitment processes and ensure seamless integration with other HCM modules.
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  7. Implement data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5 years specifically in ORC.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader.
  • Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience with certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
