As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and playing a key role in shaping the teams of prominent brands.
- Promote end-to-end recruitment journeys, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent requirements and develop targeted strategies to meet their needs.
- Proactively seek out and engage with top talent to establish a robust pipeline of candidates.

We're seeking an individual with:
- Experience in recruitment or staffing, particularly in IT & Non-IT sectors.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, balancing data-driven insights with a people-first approach.
- A proactive mindset that thrives on targets and is passionate about continuous growth and development.
- Client handling and onboarding experience, preferably with a track record of successfully onboarded new clients.
