The Vice Chancellor position is a key leadership role in higher education.

As the Chief Executive & Academic Head, you will lead with purpose, vision, and heart, overseeing academics, research excellence, operations, including financial and people leadership, student experience, success & well-being, and global partnerships.

This position requires strategy and innovation as much as building strong teams, nurturing/mentoring talent, and ensuring students and faculty thrive in a dynamic, future-ready environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategy, vision, and direction of the institution to align with global standards and emerging trends in education and healthcare.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment based on learning outcomes, technological advancement, and industry needs.

Required qualifications:

  • A distinguished academician with teaching experience in a reputed institution.
  • A medical Doctor or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from a premier institution with experience in academic education, research, curriculum development, administration, and management.

Minimum 10+ years of experience as a professor or equivalent positions held in a university system or reputed research or academic administrative organizations.

Proven expertise in steering an institution toward top NIRF rankings / NAAC accreditations. An inspirational leader with intellectual breadth, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated expertise in research-driven programs and policies, experience developing and leveraging partnerships, and success leading diverse, complex teams and organizations.
