Key Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining robust relationships with educational institutions across India and international partner universities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong ties with colleges, schools, and universities.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with strategic objectives.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Organize and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions.
    • Represent the organization during education fairs and institutional meetings.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with counseling, admissions, processing, and marketing teams to support partner engagement.
    • Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.
  • Knowledge of international education systems (UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada) is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams.
