
Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the staffing industry.
This role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for key industries.
- Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with enterprise companies.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.
- Conduct outreach and client visits to generate leads and build a pipeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals.
- Track sales metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership, including at least 4-8 years in a senior managerial role.
- A proven track record of winning new business and closing large staffing contracts.
- A deep understanding of staffing processes and talent trends in the USA market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical, strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop a comprehensive client acquisition strategy and identify prospective clients.
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Negotiate contracts, track sales metrics, and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Taking complete ownership of deliveries assigned is crucial. Ability to work to the expectations of the organization and maintain cordial relationships with people.
