Branch Manager Job Description

The Branch Manager leads and manages a team to achieve business revenue targets, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Product experience of IT Hardware, End-points, Networking, etc.
  • Drive branch target achievement with a team of sales people under their leadership.
  • Develop business control over customers and vendors for above-average results.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure complete control over the customer base.
  • Understand the market and industry in the region, deploying sales and marketing strategies to tap its potential.
  • Celebrate and support team members to achieve individual targets and grow professionally.
  • Participate in planning, execution, and various marketing events and activities.
  • Plan manpower requirements, recruit, and guide team members.
  • Ensure timely collection of due payments.
  • Forecast and manage sales on a quarterly basis; maintain a sales pipeline as per target and market scenario.
  • Manage branch profitability according to established guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of minimum work experience in IT sales (IT B2B Direct Sales).
  • MBA in Marketing is advantageous.
  • Expertise in business development/selling to large corporate is essential.
  • Strong team handling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to formulate plans and strategies with a particular market scenario.
  • Willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Demonstrate high energy levels.
  • Develop and manage a result-driven, high-performance team.
  • Patient and willing to mentor team to achieve individual goals.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
