We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Associate/Senior Associate/Lead to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting, and renewing in the assigned territories and achieving sales targets. This role requires traveling to various schools to sell CognoSpace solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience in the education sector is preferred, and a solid grasp of educational technologies and solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B prospecting and lead generation primarily through on-field prospecting plus other channels such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners.
  • FOLLOW UP ON LEADS, QUALIFY LEADS, AND ASSESS THEIR POTENTIAL FOR CONVERSION
  • MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF LEADS AND PROSPECTS
  • SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH SCHOOL STAKEHOLDERS FOR PRODUCT DEMOS
  • CONDUCT SALES PRESENTATIONS AND PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS CLEARLY EXPLAINING THE VALUE PROPOSITION TO STUDENTS AND SCHOOLS
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • BUILD AND NURTURE LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AT SCHOOLS
  • METHODICALLY MONITOR MARKET TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES, AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • CONDUCT PRODUCT WORKSHOPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS AT EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND INDUSTRY EVENTS
  • PREPARE REGULAR SALES REPORTS AND FORECASTS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW

Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Solid grasp of educational technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events.

Salary: ₹6,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum
