Sales Director for Education Sector

This is a B2B sales-oriented opportunity with TeenzClap Futureworks, a 5-year-old company dedicated to solving specific problems facing the teenage community. Our platform offers on-campus programs to school and college students in Telangana or Pune/Mumbai.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, team management, customer service, and sales activities to ensure the effective functioning and growth of our platform.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to run our organization and deliver an annual target of INR 60-70L for the first year. This will be achieved by onboarding 2000-3000 students for our Teenzclap Programs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- B2B Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Business Management and Administration: Background in business management and administration can be an added plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions, as well as problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- INR 50-55k per month gross for the initial 6 months (probation period).
- INR 60k per month gross from the 7th month onwards (upon confirmation).
- INR 2-3L per annum variable based on target achievement, paid in two equal installments every year.
