Education Sector Growth Leader

This role involves frequent field visits to educational institutions and related events. Relevant expenses (Fuel, Food, Accommodation) will be reimbursed by the company.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your state, focusing on offline channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Executives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Expansion of Market: Analyze market potential and identify new opportunities for business growth within your state.
You should have 7+ years of experience leading Sales/Pre-Sales teams, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. A deep understanding of sales processes, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
