We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
    - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support needs.
    - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Issue Resolution:
    - Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
    - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Data Management:
    - Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
    - Maintain and update customer records.
  • Product Knowledge:
    - Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
  • Performance Metrics:
    - Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Team Collaboration:
    - Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance customer service delivery.
    - Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    - Proficiency in using computers and call center software.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹150,000 - ₹200,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
