Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Mastery

Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.

Inside Sales

Engage in inside sales activities to generate revenue through phone calls with potential customers, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and closing deals over the phone.

Vendor Onboarding

Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto our application, guiding them through necessary documentation and registration procedures to ensure a seamless experience.

Client Relationship Management

Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and concerns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting

Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Target Achievement

Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and telesales, monitoring progress towards targets and taking corrective actions as needed.

Documentation and Compliance

E nsure that all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

Timely Follow-Up

Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.
