Sales and Business Development Professional

At VNR Homes Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential customers to provide detailed information about our projects.
- Persuasively convincing customers to visit our sites by effectively communicating project features and benefits.
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure scheduled site visits and articulating project details to potential customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market in Chennai, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Chennai apartment sales and are looking for a challenging role in sales and business development, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to provide detailed information about our projects.
Site Visits: Persuasively convince customers to visit our sites by effectively communicating project features and benefits.
Follow-up and Site Visits: Conduct follow-ups to ensure scheduled site visits and articulate project details to potential customers.
Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate effectively with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals at target prices.
Desired Profile: We are seeking an energetic and ambitious candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Chennai apartment sales. The candidate must possess a 2-wheeler for travel and be willing to work 6 days a week with Tuesdays off.
Compensation Offered (Salary): Negotiable
