About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Team Lead to join our team at Accops. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly growing IT product company that empowers modern enterprises with agility, flexibility, and affordability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pre-sales account team to ensure successful engagement with customers.
  • Develop and articulate competitive solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Design, size, and deploy Accops products and related 3rd party products.
  • Prepare study documents and architecture documents to support sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain high standards of pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide strong follow-up on inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and security products.
  • Experience in solution designing and capacity planning.
  • Good communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior knowledge of Accops products and experience in customer interactions at management level is a plus.
