Presales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Team Lead to join our team at Accops. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly growing IT product company that empowers modern enterprises with agility, flexibility, and affordability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pre-sales account team to ensure successful engagement with customers.
- Develop and articulate competitive solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Design, size, and deploy Accops products and related 3rd party products.
- Prepare study documents and architecture documents to support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain high standards of pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Manage customer expectations and provide strong follow-up on inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and security products.
- Experience in solution designing and capacity planning.
- Good communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical thinking.
- Prior knowledge of Accops products and experience in customer interactions at management level is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum.
