We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to expand market share and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a 3-Tier Team of Execs, TLs, and BMs, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Accurately plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set of clients.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Hire, train, and retain team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide consultation on digital marketing, recommending and offering relevant solutions.
  • Engage in daily in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
