Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Akshya Patra Services. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
* Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
* Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings
* Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
* Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
* Create detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding process
* Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
* Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales
* Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
* Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
* Maintain awareness and understanding of continually changing regulatory requirements
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Participate in trade shows and conventions
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
* Ability to develop relationships and build partnerships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with CRM software
* Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
* Understanding of market dynamics and requirements
* Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
* Availability to work in non-traditional hours and in fast-paced environments
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
