We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and drive business growth in new markets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base across global markets, identifying and nurturing business relationships, and presenting the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to achieve international sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to clients, showcasing its ability to enhance their business logistics and delivery capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in different countries to drive product innovation and international expansion.

You Should Have:

  • 12 years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or ecommerce.
  • A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
  • A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
  • A highly motivated and result-driven mindset, eager to expand business growth in new international markets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different market dynamics, while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any domain.
