Job Title: Senior Sales Territory Manager for Construction Equipment

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro seeks an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Territory Manager for Construction Equipment. This role will be based in Bathinda, covering a particular district with minimal travel time.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Key account management of the area, focusing on sales of HEX/Compactors and other construction equipment.
  • Competition analysis, job studies, road shows, and order loss analysis to drive sales growth.
  • Customer coverage and relationship building, project tracking, and sales forecasting to achieve targets.
  • Collection of payments from financiers and monitoring dealer activities.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
