Senior Territory Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
Taking responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count is a critical task in our organization. This role involves handling multiple responsibilities, including Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business, Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement, and Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business
- Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement
- Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking
- Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Interpret & construct performance reports
- Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition
- Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables. Good communication skill in English and Bengali
