Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Bridging Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive sales efforts in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role will play a key part in client acquisition, revenue growth, and managing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in international B2B sales, and the ability to lead and manage a team to achieve ambitious targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Solicit new business, build client rapport, and provide technical information and explanations.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals to close deals efficiently.
  • SOURCE new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Assess market competition by analyzing competitor information and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Expand and manage a database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • LEAD and mentor inside sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales with a successful track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong experience in B2B US sales and a solid phone presence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to conduct market research and manage competitive analysis.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in international sales or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
