About the Role

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - D2C to join its team. As a key member of the Sales & Distribution department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement in the Amritsar region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and onboard new customers, ensuring seamless administrative and business processes.
• Engage with Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chains to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Set and track monthly performance targets for team leaders and promoters, ensuring adherence to VISA attendance and training requirements.
• Conduct regular visits to key SPOs and KROs, monitoring performance and providing support as needed.
• Collaborate with the zonal team to drive shopper activations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Graduate degree, preferably with an MBA, and 2-5 years of experience in the telecom or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Ability to interpret and construct performance reports, execute agreed actions, and monitor TL and promoter incentive earnings.
