We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to lead our client relationships and drive revenue growth.

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility.
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred).
  • Strong ability to engage with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction effectively.
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts.
