We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to lead our client relationships and drive revenue growth.
The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, guiding internal teams, and delivering strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts.
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility.
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred).
- Strong ability to engage with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
- Someone who can manage both detail and direction effectively.
- Track record of running multi-market accounts.
