Global Business Development Manager

This position is with our HR Outsourcing and recruitment business. We provide a full range of services with a team of experienced professionals.

The role involves finding new business partners globally for finance, compliance related work for our clients. You will be responsible for searching partners from online platforms, shortlisting them according to company requirements, and assessing their skills sets to ensure they meet our needs.

You will also be required to arrange quotes from clients as per the work requirement, negotiate with them for the best quote, conduct meetings of selected partners, maintain documentation of selected partners, and coordinate with clients across different time zones.

Additionally, you will work closely with global partners to ensure all compliance requirements are met for our clients. You will handle and manage client and partner requirements related to data, documentation, and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and engage new business partners globally for finance and compliance related work
  • Search for partners on online platforms and shortlist them according to company requirements
  • Assess partner profiles to ensure their skills sets meet company needs
  • Arrange quotes from clients and negotiate for the best quote
  • Conduct meetings of selected partners and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with clients across different time zones
  • Work with global partners to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Handle and manage client and partner requirements related to data, documentation, and legal matters
