New Horizons in Mobility
We made our debut in May 2023, marking the launch of our cab services in eight cities. The initial focus was on Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi, but our ambitious plan is to expand our services to over 50 cities within the next 12 months.

Our goal is to be at the forefront of mobility disruption in India, and as a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing the growth and reliability of our service delivery in your designated cities. You will be responsible for building both supply and demand sides of the market, ensuring order fulfillment, and delivering a great experience for customers and riders alike.
- Owning and achieving aggressive revenue and ride targets.
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and markets to identify key target segments.
- Assessing business needs and recommending product improvements to increase market penetration.
- Building, nurturing, and growing a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to develop future leaders.
- Improvising customer pricing, discounting strategies, and partner incentivization using sound analytical ideas and smart market assessments.
- Conducting regular reviews of team performance, metrics, and trends to identify and implement necessary interventions aligned with Rapido values, processes, and business practices.
Collaboration
You will work closely with our technical and product teams to solve issues or introduce new features that improve the driver-partner experience and with our central Operations team to address geographical or product-level changes in processes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-8 years of overall experience.
- Operations or relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent project and people management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.
- Passionate and result-oriented with a strong bias for action.
