Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead revenue growth from assigned geographies. This key role involves identifying potential new customers, presenting our brand, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve target revenue and margins
  • Plan and accurately forecast sales, covering identification of potential accounts, sizing of opportunities, and go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution
  • Determine client needs through consultative selling and manage end-to-end buying cycles
  • Manage risk to revenue by ensuring a qualified sales pipeline remains full
  • Present our organization's values, commitments, knowledge, and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers
  • Manage revenue booking and collections, and maintain reports on both
  • Resolve escalations from client accounts to mutual satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in engineering or computer science, preferably with an MBA
  • Reasonable familiarity with frameworks and tools for understanding markets and international trade
  • Experience in developing and executing sales plans that address market realities
  • Ability to design and execute sales processes resonating with mid-sized enterprises and large businesses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with prior experience dealing with decision makers
  • 5+ years of relevant international sales experience in IT or Digital Services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with US Business Visa
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office, CRM, and Bid Management
