Job Description Responsible for revenue and margins for all sales in the allocated accounts. Drive growth, performance, and profitability of the company by evaluating, prioritizing, and implementing multiple growth opportunities. Create a platform for growth by developing internal processes and procedures to efficiently scale the business. Full functional responsibility for driving sustainable, long-term growth in revenues and profits. Guide the company's sales efforts to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives. Serve as the internal and external leader, strengthening the company's position in the market. Develop and sustain high-level customer relationships and create new accounts/business opportunities. Close high stake and high value deals.Manage the tender bidding process effectively. Provide solutions to customer issues to ensure greater satisfaction. Frequent travel with in the allocated region / area.
Main areas of responsibility: Strong understanding of the tendering process. Highly motivated self-starter with excellent networking skills, particularly with senior management of target customers. Result-oriented, with a proven track record of achievements. Capable of managing large accounts independently while handling delivery-oriented operations under pressure. Strong business acumen, ethical practices, and value-driven leadership. Proficient in communication, mentoring, coaching, strategizing, and operational excellence.
Most relevant qualifications, education, and training: BE / MBA from a reputed institute. Strong mechanical and electrical understanding related to HVAC systems will be an advantage. Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking capabilities with senior management of target customers. Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter with a track record of achievements.
Most relevant previous work experience:
Minimum 10 – 12 Years' experience, at the least 5+ years' experience in managing large / key accounts.
Experience in HVAC industry is preferred.
Proven ability to manage key / large accounts independently.
Strong understanding of tendering processes.
Required language skills: Good command of spoken & written English, Hindi. Knowledge of other India languages will be an added advantage. Required travel days (a span) per month or year: Frequent travels: greater than 50% Other relevant requirements or conditions:
