Role Description

Hardcore, Sr. Sales Executive/ Asst Sales Manager, Required - Jaipur:

Position Overview

I am seeking a hardcore, results-driven Sales Executive who thrives in high-energy, ground-level sales environments. This role is perfect for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about driving revenue through direct customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

-Lead Generation & Ground Activation

-Execute on-ground lead collection activities across Jaipur

-Conduct field activations, street campaigns, and direct customer outreach

-Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

--dentify new market opportunities through ground-level intelligence

Sales Conversion

-Convert generated leads into confirmed sales

-Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure

-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

-Build strong relationships with prospects and customers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-Smart & Dynamic: Quick thinking with ability to adapt to changing situations

-Passionate about Sales: Genuine enthusiasm for the sales process and customer interaction

-Over-ambitious: Driven by success with hunger for high earnings

-Hardworking: Willing to put in 8-10 hours of active ground work daily

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Jaipur (Non-negotiable)

Work Style: Field-based role requiring extensive ground work

Availability: 8-10 hours daily commitment

Experience: Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

Compensation Package

*Fixed Salary: Competitive base salary (as per industry standards)

*Performance-based Earnings: Up to ₹50,000 per month based on sales performance

*Unlimited Earning Potential: No cap on performance-based rewards for exceptional achievers
