Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with assigned business development associates (BDAs) to drive consistent lead generation and disbursements.
  • Regularly visit BDAs, conduct training sessions, and provide support activities to keep them updated on product features, documentation guidelines, and process changes.
  • Identify and reactivate inactive BDAs through targeted engagement and support to boost productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support to BDAs, addressing queries and escalating concerns to ensure smooth lead flow.

Business Development Objectives

  • Achieve monthly targets for login and disbursement volumes by actively coordinating with BDAs.
  • Monitor the lead-to-disbursement funnel, follow up on leads, and ensure high conversion ratios with minimal rejections.
  • Utilize daily management information system (MIS) reports to track and improve BDA performance.
  • Promote timely disbursals post-loan offer approval and resolve discrepant cases to minimize delays.

Process & Documentation Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to know-your-customer (KYC), income documentation, and internal credit policy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to facilitate faster file processing and smooth case closures.
  • Monitor turnaround times (TATs) from lead login to disbursement, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain and update daily MIS reports for lead status, login, disbursement, rejections, and target vs. achievement metrics.
  • Share feedback and escalations from BDAs with regional managers and internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with MIS and backend support teams to ensure accurate performance data and seamless execution of partner cases.
  • Escalate technical or application login issues to regional managers and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with BDAs.
  • Basic knowledge of unsecured lending, credit documentation, and underwriting processes.
  • Local market knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas to support BDA operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/LMS platforms for sales tracking and reporting (preferred).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / 12th Pass in any stream.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, BDA relationship management, or personal loan sales.
  • Prior experience with non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)/fintech firms, particularly in unsecured lending, is an advantage.
